Shipping & Collection Policy

At SeerBeauty, we strive to provide our customers with efficient and reliable shipping and pickup services. Our products are shipped from our warehouses located in the UK and China. Depending on stock availability and your location, your order will be dispatched accordingly.

1. Dispatch & Processing Times (UK Warehouse)

We make every effort to dispatch your orders as quickly as possible and aim for same-day dispatch under the following guidelines:

  • Monday – Friday: Orders placed before 3:00 pm are aimed to be dispatched on the same business day.

  • Saturday (Next Day Delivery): Next Day Delivery orders placed before 10:00 am are aimed to be dispatched on the same day.

  • Royal Mail 24 / Tracked 24: Orders placed before 3:00 pm on business days are generally aimed for same-day dispatch.

  • Sundays & Bank Holidays: Orders placed on Sundays or Bank Holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next business day.

Please note: Same-day dispatch is an aim, not a legal guarantee. Actual dispatch times may vary depending on daily order volumes, Royal Mail collection schedules, or unforeseen courier delays.

2. Local Store Collection / Warehouse Pickup

If you select the Collection option at checkout, please follow the guidelines below:

  • Preparation Time: Please allow up to 3 hours for our warehouse team to prepare your order.

  • Collection Hours: Local pickup is available Monday – Friday, between 9:00 am – 4:00 pm.

  • Ready Notification: We strongly advise waiting until you receive your "Ready for Collection" email/SMS notification before traveling to our warehouse.

3. Urgent Orders & Same-Day Pickup

If your order is urgent or you need to collect it on the same day, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm availability and preparation time.

4. General Shipping & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimated and apply after the order has been dispatched:

  • UK Domestic Shipping:

    • Express Shipping (e.g., Next Day / Royal Mail 24): 1–2 business days

    • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

  • International Shipping (from UK or China Warehouse):

    • Express International: 3–7 business days

    • Standard International: 7–14 business days

Custom or personalized orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated upon order confirmation.

5. Customs, Duties, & Taxes

SeerBeauty is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Shipping Restrictions & PO Boxes

Please note that we currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes. A valid physical delivery address is required at checkout.

7. Shipment Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order leaves our warehouse. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update on the carrier's system.

8. Damages, Issues & Lost Packages

SeerBeauty is not liable for products damaged or lost during transit. If your parcel arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
