Usage Instructions:

1. Preparation: Ensure the natural lashes are clean and free of oils using a lash primer.
2. Application: Apply a small amount of Clear Jelly Glue to the base of the extension and place it 1-2mm away from the eyelid on the natural lash.
3. Environment: Maintain ideal humidity (40-70%) and temperature (18-25°C) in your workspace for optimal results.
4. Storage: Store the glue in an airtight container at room temperature. Use within 5 weeks after opening for best performance.

How to Get the Best Retention of Your Glue:

The best temperature for glue is 18-25°C with perfect humidity conditions being 40-70%. Please remember that if your:

• Glue may be drying slower if your temperature is lower than 18°C or Humidity is lower than 40%.
• Glue may be drying quicker if your temperature is higher than 25°C or Humidity is higher than 70%.

To keep your glue in the perfect working conditions can ensure its drying time and resulting in great retention. You can monitor your lash room conditions using a hygrometer and adjust the temperature by using a fan/heater or air conditioner. You can use a humidifier or dehumidifier to adjust the humidity.

Incorrect use of adhesive may result in poor retention. If your room has high humidity and temperature, the glue will dry much faster. Poor attachment could happen because the speed of your work is not increasing accordingly. That can cause extensions to fall off at the end of the treatment or in the next 2-4 days.

While shaking the glue, remove the cap and cover the nozzle with a glue nozzle wipe folded in half. Remember to wipe the nozzle down after each use of glue to prevent the nozzle from getting stuck in the cap.

Your retention may also be affected if your adhesive is not fresh or you store or use your glue incorrectly. The shelf life of glue before opening is 10 months from the date of production. We recommend changing your glue every 5 weeks after opening for the best retention. Please remember to store the glue upright in a dry place out of direct sunlight, preferably in an airtight container.

Please go through the troubleshooting steps if you notice that your retention has problems:

1. Adjust the level of humidity and/or temperature in the room to the recommended levels.
2. Ensure you are working with an adhesive that suits your speed and technique and is still in date.
3. Check if you clean natural lashes properly - we recommend using lash cleanser shampoo to clean the eye area before lash treatment and protein remover pads to remove traces of makeup and oils. After the cleaning process and applying eye patches, prepare natural lashes using a cleanser (removes any remaining oils), followed by primer.
4. Make sure you work with a fresh glue drop and change a glue drop every 10-20 minutes or even more often.
5. Make sure you pick up a good amount of glue and attachment is correct (at least 2mm attachment with the natural lash, no split or criss-crossed bases).
6. Do not add fresh glue onto the previous drop of the glue (the contact between the "old" and the "new" drop will make the glue ‘gloopy’ very quickly).
7. Make sure your light is in the right position. Lash lights let out heat so if they are positioned too close to the adhesive source, this can have an effect too.
