At SeerBeauty, we strive to provide our customers with efficient and reliable shipping services. Our products are shipped from our warehouses located in the UK and China. Depending on the product and your location, your order may be shipped from either of these warehouses.

Processing Time

• Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
• Custom Orders: Custom or personalized orders may require additional processing time. We will notify you of the estimated processing time upon order confirmation.

Shipping Locations

• UK Warehouse: Products available in our UK warehouse will be shipped domestically within the UK and to international locations where applicable.
• China Warehouse: Products available in our China warehouse will be shipped internationally, including to the UK and other countries.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and shipping method chosen.

• UK Domestic Shipping:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

• International Shipping (from UK or China):

  • Standard International Shipping: 7-14 business days
  • Express International Shipping: 3-7 business days

Please note that these delivery times are estimates and actual delivery may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing times and carrier delays.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

SeerBeauty is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Shipment Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

• UK Warehouse Shipments: Track your order via the provided UK carrier tracking link.
• China Warehouse Shipments: Track your order via the provided international carrier tracking link.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address for shipping.

Damages and Issues

SeerBeauty is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
